We launched a nationwide alliance of local prosecutors who are willing to charge federal agents when they break the law as part of Trump’s immigration crackdown, attack protesters, or try to suppress the vote.
DEFYING trump’s “secret police”
We’re equipping frontline communities to safely document abuses of power — from ICE whistle distribution and Know Your Rights trainings. We also launched an effort to stop Trump’s secret prisons.
Taking trump to court
We’re partnering with organizations like Democracy Defenders Fund to challenge unlawful and unconstitutional actions in courtrooms across the country to rein in Executive Branch misconduct.

We launched a national campaign to ensure U.S. troops have the legal support to sound the alarm over “manifestly illegal orders.”

When Trump targets critics and whistleblowers, we help them fight back — working with groups like Whistleblower Aid to provide legal protection and support.

We helped power one of the largest consumer boycotts in the country, holding corporations accountable for capitulating to the Trump administration’s attacks on democracy.
